Welcome to my online collection of Instructional Design samples and Instructional Technology resources. My name is Lauren Franza, and I’ve been working in the education/instructional design field since 2005.
On this site, you will find free templates, work samples, tutorials, and much more. As a life-long learner, I love creating resources and sharing them with the educational community! Excited about learning new things, I also enjoy exploring new software programs, websites, and apps that can be used to help others learn.
In 2005, I received my undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies of Elementary Education) at Radford University. When I worked as an elementary school teacher, I realized that I enjoyed helping my fellow teachers incorporate creative technology solutions into their lessons. It was then that I decided that maybe my enthusiasm for educational technology and instructional design could be used to help others. In December 2010, I received a Masters of Arts in Education in the Instructional Design & Technology program at Virginia Tech.
You can read more about my experience with teaching, educational technology, and instructional design by viewing my LinkedIn profile.
